Pièces en échange
Une pièce en échange est une pièce usagée qui a été rénovée (réusinée/rectifiée) selon un cahier des charges.
Pour les moteurs, toutes les pièces d'usures sont remplacées par des pièces neuves (segments, coussinets, joints, distribution, poussoirs ...)
Afin de garantir une bonne qualité de nos produits, nos pièces sont testées avant la mise en stock (Turbos, Injecteurs, Pompes à injection ...)
Différence entre une pièce neuve et reconditionnée
Les produits reconditionnés ont le même processus de test que les pièces neuves. Il doivent répondre au cahier des charges et aux normes du constructeur. Les pièces en échange sont plus éconiques que les pièces neuves pour une qualité équivalente.
D'où proviennent les pièces ?
En grande majorité, nos pièces sont achetées en France. Pour le reste, nos pièces proviennet d'Europe (Espagne, Italie, Royaume-Uni, pays-Bas ...).
Nous travaillons avec les plus grands rénovateurs d'Europe reconnus pour certains depuis plus de 50 ans.
Chaque fournisseur possèdes des certificats de normes de qualités : Iso ...
Commande :
Comment identifier la pièce ?
Il existe plusieurs façons de rechercher un pièce : afin de ne pas faire d'erreur, le plus fiable est de regarder la référence sur la vieille pièce.
Pour les moteurs, le type moteur gravé sur le bloc vous sera demandé.
Nous pouvons également identifier la pièce grace à l'immatriculation du véhicule et/ou le N° de chassis.
Comment passer une commande ?
Les commandes se passent par écrit afin d'éviter les erreurs des 2 parties.
Grâce à notre boutique web, chaque client peut commander les produits disponibles.
Nous pouvons également vous envoyer un devis/bon de commande en pdf par mail à valider de votre côté.

Frais de livraison
A partir de 300 € ht (hors consigne) le port aller est Franco en France métropolitaine (Hors Corse).
Pour les frais de retour, veuillez nous consulter.
Délai de livraison
Toutes les commandes valdées avant 16h (jour ouvrée) en stock, sont expédiées le jour même (Chronopost, TNT, Kuehne+Nagel ...) pour une livraison dès le lendemain matin. Pour les colis de plus de 30 kgs, le délai de livraison est de 48h à 72h selon la zone géographique du destinataire.

Dès réception, la consigne sera vérifié par notre service. Dès que la consigne sera acceptée, un remboursement vous sera renvoyé du montant de cette consigne sous environ 15 jours.
- Qu'est-ce qu'une consigne ?
La Consigne est la pièce usagée qui doit nous être retournée conforme à la pièce vendue.
La somme demandée pour cette consigne est restituée dès que celle-ci est approuvée par notre service.
Les consignes doivent être retournées sous un délai maximum de 3 mois à partir de la date de la facture.
- Comment nous rendre les consignes?
Toutes les consignes sont à retournées chez IDF MOTEURS.
- Pénalités
Concernant les montants, veuillez nous contacter.
Contrôle de la consigne pour éviter une pénalité :
Veuillez consulter la page des cas de refus de consignes.
Si toutefois votre consigne ne rentre pas dans ces critères, veuillez nous contacter afin de déterminer le montant de la pénalité au plus juste avant la commande.
Comment emballer un colis
Toutes les pieces en retour doivent être soigneusement emballées. Veuillez faire attention à emballer vos pièces dans un sac plastique afin d'éviter que du liquide endommage le carton. La pièce devra être calée afin qu'elle ne soit pas en mouvement dans le carton pendant le transport.
Les pièces en plastique devront être bien protégées.
En cas de dommage, si cette recommandation n’est pas respectée, vous serez tenu pour responsable.
Retour d'une pièce neuve ou échange pour annulation
Toute demande de retour devra être demandée par mail.
En cas d'erreur de notre part, la demande de retour sera acceptée.
Dans le cas d'une erreur du client, cette demande sera renvoyée chez notre fournisseur pour acceptation.
Un mail de retour vous sera renvoyé.
